By accessing or using Bachat Diary (available via bachatdiary.com, mobile applications, and web services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Bachat Diary is a digital calculation and ledger tool designed to assist households and small businesses in recording daily expenditures, categorizing payments, and computing member contributions. Bachat Diary is not a bank, NBFC, financial adviser, or payment gateway.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile authentication codes and the accuracy of any expense records entered by you or members of your household ledger.
4. Intellectual Property
The Bachat Diary brand name, logo, 3D icon designs, interface layouts, and source code are protected by copyright and trademark laws under the jurisdiction of India. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bachat Diary is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% calculation accuracy and high availability, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user input errors or device loss.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
